I filled out the Trial Request form, but did not receive the e-mail message from Kinetic Books with the keycode.

If you entered a valid e-mail address, it might be possible that our e-mail was blocked or was filtered into junk mail. Depending on your mail client, please add our domain "kbooks.com" to either your Safe Recipients list or create a filter to allow us to contact you. Below are instructions on the commonly used e-mail clients:

AOL

You will need to ensure that our domain and any email addresses coming from "kbooks.com", are not blocked by your spam filter:

1. Click the Mail menu and select "Spam folder".
2. Wait for the "AOL Mail" window to pop up, then click the spam controls link in the lower right-hand corner.
3. Wait for the "AOL Spam Controls" window to load.
4. Make sure that you are allowing mail from all users, or if you are using a custom sender list, please select that.
5. Make sure that addresses ending in "kbooks.com" and the domain "kbooks.com" are not in the blocked list. Remove them by selecting the line, and clicking the "Remove" button

If you have already filled out the Trial Request form but you have not received any response from us, our email may be in your AOL Spam Folder. Please use your web mail to check your Spam Folder. If our e-mail is in your AOL Spam Folder, open our e-mail and click the "This Is Not Spam button". Lastly, please make sure that "kbooks.com" is not in your blocked list as outlined in our numbered instructions above.

Yahoo Mail

You will need to set up a filter to redirect our e-mail into your inbox:

1. Open your Yahoo mailbox and click on Mail Options (upper right hand corner).
2. Select Filters (2nd item under management).
3. Click the Yahoo Add link on the Filters page.
4. Update the "From header:" rule with the following 2 pieces of information: "contains" and "kbooks.com".
5. Click the Choose Folder pull down menu and select inbox

If you have already filled out the Trial Request form but you have not received any response from us, check to make sure that our e-mail is not in your Yahoo Bulk Folder. If our e-mail is there, open our e-mail and click the Not Spam button. Next, check to see if the e-mail address is in your "Blocked Addresses" list. If you see "kbooks.com" on this list, select it and click the Remove Block button. Lastly, if you have not done so, please set up a filter as outlined in the numbered instructions above.

Hotmail

You will need to add our domain, "kbooks.com", to your Hotmail MSN Safe List:

1. Open your Hotmail MSN mailbox and click "Options" (upper right hand corner).
2. Click the "Junk E-mail Protection" link (top of page).
3. Select the "Safe List" link (2nd from bottom).
4. Copy and paste "kbooks.com" into the dialog box titled "Type an address or domain."
5. Click the "Add" button next to the dialog box.

If you have already filled out the Trial Request form but you have not received any response from us, make sure that our email is not being sent to your Hotmail MSN Junk Email Folder. If our email is there, open the email and click the "Not Junk" button. Next, check to see if the e-mail address is in your Blocked Senders list. If you see "kbooks.com" on this list, select it and click the Remove button. Finally, if you have not done so, add "kbooks.com" onto your Safe List as outlined in our numbered instructions above.

Google Gmail

If you have already filled out the Trial request form but have not received a response from us, our e-mail might not be getting through. Please make sure that the e-mail has not been mistakenly marked as Spam in your Google Gmail:

1. Click Spam along the left side of any Google Gmail page.
2. Check mark the box next to our e-mail.
3. Click Not Spam button along the top.

Mozilla Thunderbird

You will need to set up a filter to mark emails coming from our domain, "kbooks.com", as not junk:

1. Click the Tools menu and select "Message filters".
2. Click the "New" button.
3. Select the "Match any of the following" option.
4. Select "From" in the first drop-down.
5. Select "Contains" in the second drop-down.
6. Copy and paste "kbooks.com" into the text box.
7. In the "Perform these actions" list, select "Set Junk Status to" in the first drop-down.
8. Select "Not Junk" in the second drop-down.
9. Click the "OK" button.

If you have not received a response to your Trial form from us, check your Mozilla Thunderbird Junk folder to see your response e-mail that might have been mistakenly detected as junk. To prevent this from happening in the future, you need to mark our e-mail as not junk. Please, do this by right-clicking on our email and choosing "Mark - As Not Junk".

Outlook 2003

You will need to add our domain, "kbooks.com", to your Outlook Safe Senders list:

1. On the Outlook Tools menu, click Options.
2. On the Outlook Preferences tab, click Junk Email.
3. On the Outlook Safe Senders tab, click Add.
4. In the Outlook Add address, copy and paste in our domain, "kbooks.com" Click OK.

If you have not received a response to your Trial form from us, check your Microsoft Outlook Junk E-mail folder to see your response e-mail that might have been mistakenly detected as junk. To prevent this from happening in the future, you need to add our domain to your Safe Senders list. You can do this by right-clicking on the email and going to "Junk Mail - Add Sender's Domain (@example.com) to Safe Senders list". Our domain will automatically be added to your Safe Senders list. You can accomplish this same thing by going to the Actions Menu, Junk e-mail and selecting "Add Sender's Domain (@example.com) to Safe Senders list".

Others

If you use a Web mail system or e-mail application not listed above, the instructions for white listing or unblocking our address will depend on the specific e-mail program you are using. Please access the specific help files, instruction manual or customer support instructions on how to do this. In most cases, just by adding our domain, "kbooks.com", to your safe list, white list or contact list will be sufficient.
