Is it safe to use my credit card?

Placing an order online at Kinetic Books is just as safe, if not safer than giving your credit card number over the phone. Your personal information and credit card details are transmitted using 128-bit encryption with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This is the industry standard for secure online transactions. When you enter the part of the site that accepts your credit card information, you will be switched to a secure site and a lock icon will appear on the bottom of your web browser. What are my payment options?

We currently accept Visa, Master Card and American Express for payment. Personal checks and money orders cannot be accepted for web site orders. If you need to use a Purchase Order or another form of payment other than a credit card please refer to our additional purchasing information page.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders will usually be shipped by the following business day, if the selected items are in stock. Generally Standard shipments (USPS Priority) are delivered within 3-5 business days and expedited shipments are delivered within 1-2 business days. Will I have to pay tax?

Sales tax will be calculated on merchandise and shipping charges for all orders sent to Washington State residents.

What is your return policy?

We will only accept returns of a product that has not been authenticated. If you have installed and authenticated the product, we will not accept the return. If you need assistance with your order, please contact us at www.kineticbooks.com/customerservice/feedback.php.

Can I ship items to multiple addresses?

At this time, Kinetic Books can only ship each order to one address. You will have to place individual orders for each shipping location. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Does Kinetic Books accept international orders?

What if the item I want is out of stock?

If an item you order is out of stock, your credit card will not be charged until the item is available and ships.

Are there more products available to purchase?

We currently have 16 products available for sale for use on the Windows or Macintosh operating systems. This includes web access versions of our 3 textbooks and virtual labs set.

How do I track my shipment?

In your confirmation email, you received information on how to track your package. Please open that email and click on the link at the bottom after "You may track your shipment at". For issues with a shipment, please contact the shipper via the 800 number or link at the bottom of the same email.
